Description
I once heard from an artist that strong lineart and colors signal that the artist is confident, contrast this with my Azula portrait i did a few weeks ago and see exactly how well i did drawing my first completely rendered guy,but hey! I DREW A GUY! (And i know that he has a pretty round face..tried other stuff and kindly left it like this for the sake of my eyes)(And for the person that is gonna make a critique of this..DON'T HOLD BACK PLS)

Okay, first off, it's beautiful. I love the use of colour and there is a feeling of motion which is just... fabulous. It's beautiful. The hair looks fantastic, and I really just enjoy looking at it overall.
However, there are one or two things I noticed which could use a little help. The mouth isn't centred under the nose which is a bit distracting after the initial "this is heckk'n gorgeous" fades. The neck is also just a tad long.
I don't know your process, but I would suggest flipping the image several times while you're working on it. I'm fairly new to digital art, but I can say that using this myself it's really helped me to see (especially with faces but other things as well) what things need to be shifted or moved.
^-^ I hope this helps!

Thank you so much for the critique!
My thanks for pointing out that the mouth isn't centered,i haven't noticed that, even though i flip my canvas when drawing, guess i got tunnel visioned
And i have a few bones to pick with drawing necks, either i don't draw them long enough or like this, need to practice
Again, thank you so much for the critique! EDIT: and the watch!

Thanks! It's not really a brush per se,it's the standard round brush with the color dynamics setting turned on,you can try it,it's pretty fun once you get the hang of it
