Today, for my official Power Rangers art, I bring to you a piece I have not done in a long time. From the 2017 Power Rangers movie, my favorite one in the franchise of all time, we have the Red Ranger. This could also double as the Red Ranger for the Cenozoic Rangers, as seen in the Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid game, which are based off of the movie Rangers. I did a design before, but something about that was unsatisfying, so I went back and redid the whole thing. Like with most pieces, I started off with a new helmet piece first, which will be shown separately tomorrow. From there, I added in every bit of detail to the upgraded armor, which has a lot to put in, considering the 2017 Movie used all new suits. Also, like the last one, I gave Jason/Zordon his Power Sword, which is the coolest sword weapon of the movie, the second ones being the Power Swords of the Megazord. This was traced from a pic of one of the figures of the Red Ranger, and while doing some Ranger designs is easy, doing the Movie Ranger designs is a difficult task. This is about the closest thing I have to a normal look for the Mighty Morphin' Red Ranger, since I have done Battlizer Armors for the others. Nonetheless, this turned out splendidly, and I hope you like this, as well as all the hard work I put into this. I actually think the rest of the Movie Rangers could be put into Battle For The Grid, especially if this could possibly be the Ranger Form of Zordon. What do you think? Please enjoy!
