You download a program called GIMP 2 and you layer each picture. [link] heres the link.

You do it on "The Gimp"?? My favourite freebie graphics program!!
So how do you get the animation to work though? Is that what the GAP is for - I have never used that.

What I do is like stop motion. I make a chain of pictures each picture changing then I past the first then the other ones I copy and paste as layer. When your down you go to filter find animation click it and press playback and it should give you a little screen where you can watch the icon.
