Haunted Pokemon
It is said to have evolved from an eevee possessed by spirits. It is capable of grabbing the soul out of one's body with it's spirit hands released from it's collar. Once the soul is removed, Spectreon can freely control the body.

I like to think of Dark, Psychic, and Ghost as all going together. It can learn similar TM/HM's to Espeon and Umbreon, and can learn various dark and psychic type moves.
