I wanted to draw Android 21, but i also wanted to draw her in the dragon ball legends style since we'll probably never get her in the game. ive been trying to figure out how to draw similar card art to db legends for the past few weeks and ive drawn other characters that i might put out later. You're not the only one who wanted Android 21 added in Dragon Ball Legends, i also wanted her to be added in the game, it would be cool that they decided to do a crossover with both Fighterz and DB Legends, it will be cool in my opinion
