This is really cool and a really interesting composition! You've improved tremendously since I last saw your artwork. The one thing I would watch for is maybe a small slight variation in the side of the magical ribbons and the sizes of the crystals

its all different variations on the same color...i'm sure that didn't help much i'll just try to make an tutorial that's easy to follow....anything else u want in the tutorial?

oh at first i thought it was the blur tool it worked in one or my coloring, but when i looked up making lines glow it confused me.
As of right now, no tutorials at this time XD, too busy studying photoshop's complexity

The hand closest to the camera doesn't mesh with the foreshortening, but the rest of it looks pretty good. I like the falling environment
