History:
After being swept off of her feet by a British 'gentleman', the poor woman became pregnant with halfblooded twins. Upon hearing that she was with child, the man didn't even stop to think before he ran away back to England. Nine months later, Daisuke and Kyouya were born.

Having grown up seeing the suffering and sorrowful despair of his mother as she raised two boys all alone, Daisuke always did his best to care for Mother, but couldn't help but try and be helpful and happy for her, though really he enjoyed the times she was at her most despairing, as it gave him the chance to be her 'Hero'. This only grew on from there, as he was often finding people who were suffering and despair ridden, only to step in and become the super nice helpful guy, even though sometimes, or often, he was the very cause of their suffering and the people never realized this fact. Despair has thus become an evident theme of Daisuke's life from then onwards to today.

Other:
-Despair only uses 1 mace first when he's in a fight, gradually uses two of them when overpowered (which is pretty much everytime)
-Has a puppy named Taichou
-Can not cook
-Almost set the house on fire once after attempting to cook
