Once upon a time a lady made a lucky alpaca charm for her husband, who is a sailor, or a marine, whichever you would like to call him. Let's just say that guy is a man of the seeaaaa. Samuel was named after their beloved son who died at a very very very young age.

Adventure, traveling and fun everywhere is what he witnessed while he was still with his owner, which lasted for many years. But one day, a group of bad people went aboard and slaughtered mostly everyone, even the alpaca's owner. One of the guys thought that taking Sam would be a nice 'souvenir'.

--Nope, the adventures aren't the same anymore, since it always involves violence and murder. He disliked it very very much. Especially when his new owner kisses him for 'luck'.

There's a happy ending to this story though, because the bad guys died in a strong storm, in the middle of the sea. So Samuel floated around for many months, or was it years.? We will never know-- Until he washed up on the shore.

He was lucky enough not to get eaten by animals, and was very lucky enough to be picked up by a craftsman from the store, and once again, lucky enough to be brought to life and get a job in the store. He's not so lucky when he gets smacked very hard for slacking though
