These are character designs from a FNaF x DDLC fanfic I wrote called Five Nights at the Literature Club where the Dokis merge with the FNaF animatronics.
This is a Yuri version of Springtrap, who replaces Springtrap from FNaF 3 and behaves just like he would in both FNaF 3 and UCN. She is possessed by Yuri.
