Back since 2013, the first ever Caillou Gets Grounded videos were made in GoAnimate. Forcing a lot of people to hate Caillou with a burning passion. I remember back in 2014 when i used to watch those funny videos. Now i'm losing interest in them since the whole fandom is becoming cruel, evil, annoying and horrifying. I hate both Caillou and GoAnimate. The whole entire GoAnimate Fandom fucks up everything when they disrepect opinions and make shitty (USER) Videos and Prank VHS/DVD Openings of the show like they did with Dora the Explorer and Barney. It's their number #1 fandom to exist and part of the GoAnimate Fandom where baby show characters get grounded. But feel free to use.Caillou (c) PBS Kids

There is like, 1 goanimate user I like, and his name is SolitareJoker, mainly because:
1. His content is actually funny.
2. He uses tools other than GoAnimate in some of his videos.
I mean, hate the animators, not the animation software itself. GoAnimate may be lazy, but it isn't terrible.

I agree. I can'y stand the goanimated fandom. Their obssession with grounding and punishing in other ways characters they hate, even if for a really stupid reason (Calliou sadly seems to get the most of it, I mean for pete's sake people, he's jut a CHILD!) is scary!

Oh, and I have nothing against Caillou either. Actually I'm one of the few who quite likes him. I don't find him that annoying at all. I watched him a lot as a kid as I am Canadian. I also find his design and the aesthetic of the show very nice. Can't lie, sometimes I watch it. I actually kind of want to draw him now lol.
But some people in the fandom are annoying I guess. Or hatedom. The ones who make videos of Caillou getting grounded for weird things. Some are funny but some just seem unhealthy. Why have so much hate for a cartoon toddler y'know?

Honestly I made this comment so long ago I'm not entirely sure.
I think I was referring to the kids (and sometimes adults) who make videos and spam them and lie about what they are. For example: I'll try finding a video of a cartoon I used to watch or trying to find a dub of a cartoon, and they make fake openings and pass them off as if they were real. I know some of them put "FAKE/NOT REAL/FAN MADE" and I'm fine with those but the ones who don't annoy me because it wastes my time.
I know a lot of people enjoy making those types of things, especially autistic people and as a person with special needs I get it so I'm not trying to say it's bad. I like weirder things lol.
And the other part I think I was referring to the kids who buy dvds and VHS tapes just to destroy them. It's one thing if a tape or she stops working and they want to do it for fun but buying those things just to destroy them is not okay. It's a waste of money and bad for the environment.
And I guess there's the goanimators who spam weird videos and lie about what they are too. But I have nothing against goanimators themselves (I'm guessing you are one by your icon) I tried the program once and it was pretty fun but it's not really my thing I guess. I have seen some videos though that are actually pretty funny and well thought out.
Sorry if I went on a bit of a tangent there. Hopefully I cleared that up?
