I haven't seen Hotel Transylvania 2 but i've came upon a visual pun Β screenshot from the movie shared by Sony Pictures Animaiton on their facebook, It was the visual pun of Bluetooth, noticing the face, I've decided to turn into a CGI Bloo, it lacks quality imagery and really tiny, because making it any bigger would make it have even less qualityBloo (c) Cartoon Network

Of course he is, that's part of his character, I would often be off put by it but that never really made me hate him, hell he's kind of entrtaining to watch in a way, especially in episodes like Squeeze the Day and Frankie My Dear are some his best moments, and If you're gonna bring the "mean = bad" argument to the table, I don't recall many moments where he didn't learned his lesson or got some sort of punishment for his actions, and when he didn't, the situation wasn't really that serious in the first place and the events that unfolded afterwards wouldn't leave much reason to see get Bloo "get what he deserves", Sure Bloo's a jerk, but that's what makes his character so fun to watch
