Does this guy have a Bubbly personality? I'm going to assume so, I really didn't want to mess him up.
I haven't really any fanart of this Character, atleast not that I know of sooo I wanted to fix that.
Coming from the not that far away Year of 2017! (it's not that long ago QwQ) Creeps is one of Psychopathicfoxes original characters when he was in the 3rd Incarnation of his Artstyle, this was more towards the beginning of it & during the end of his 2nd Incarnation.
So as you can imagine I'm afew years late on the hype train for this character...but you what, we can fix this, let's pretend it's 2017 just for this picture, I'll even put it in the tags, now we're caught up~! =w=

Hopping on the Hype Train while it's still going OwO~!
The Most Difficult Part of drawing Creeps was his hair & outfit, it was like nothing I've ever drawn before, It's a complex mess of creativity that was tons of fun to try out, the ripped gloves were also the most difficult especially with the Pink/Purple Claw Nails, had to redraw the rips several times until I got it right.
