Nilly is a barefoot character much like Genosun, she has a good sense of humor to jokes but she doesn't laugh at bad jokes, she tickle torchers anyone she thinks looks cute, she spies on them threw every camera she's hidding threw out Everywhere, she has a portal that can turn any size and can use it to tickle people if she wants to, unfortunately she gets tickled back sometimes (via psycho role play)She can be a teaser sometimes too.
