I choose some nice clips from the series, convert them into small gifs and then paste them into a stamp template via photoshop ^___^

I'm afraid not But there is a program Painttool SAI, which is simular to PhotoShop I'm told. And Paintool SAI is for free!
But I wouldn't know if making animated stamps works the same way with that program, sorry.. D:

I do have SAI but it costs and i got the free version and its somewhat simliar to photohop but it doesnt have the animate thingy

I see D: Well I'm told that GIMP (free program) does have the animate thingy. Also found this tutorial for animated stamps in GIMP. Maybe that's a possibility?

Well, you search on the internet for animated gifs from the series (or you make them yourself). Next you open them in GIMP. And well, when i do so in photoshop, it automatically converts the gif-movie into separate images. Then you can begin to paste all those images in the right order into a stamp and animate it again Not sure if it's the same with GIMP, I've never used it... The proces is rather difficult to explain actually ^___^"
