Description
For "Draw Me a Pokemon" atMan, Banette is a creepy pokemon. I made this after reading Banette's Pokedex entries on Bulbapedia:
"A cursed energy permeated the stuffing of a discarded and forgotten plush doll, giving it new life as Banette. The PokΓ©mon's energy would escape if it were to ever open its mouth."
I had a lot of fun with this piece though; it's a lot darker than the stuff I'm used to doing.
I hope the colors came out alright...it looks fine when I'm looking at it from my laptop, but when I switch to a different monitor it looks so dark that Banette's nearly invisible.

This is a beautiful, subtly dark take on the PokΓ©mon. It looks very devoid of life with just the right hint of creepy. Great work on the colour and that level of stitching detail is just great.

This looks amazing. Despite the fact that banette's origins are reasonably known in the Pokemon fandom, I've never actually seen the concept done that I can remember. I love the details you put into the stitches and the damages to the doll. The colors work really well together and with the theme of the piece.
