Description
I've been fighting my anxiety and depression all my life. It turns out that I've been fighting myself this whole time. Once you figure out that you can love and accept your flaws, the rest of the darkness begin to fade away.Thank you God, for showing me the way.

I can relate. Mental Illness runs in my family on both sides and it has made things difficult at times especially since way back when in the 1980's they did not know as much as they do now about OCD, social phobia, unfounded anxiety, mania and Depression and other issues. The not knowing is what really lead to judgment and confusion for others looking in at it. We did not know how to explain anything it was just as it was and either persons accepted that or they turned away in confusion from us. The one good thing that came out of it was family members who each suffered could relate to each other and that made for stronger bonds between them that have lasted since childhood. Feeling guilt over seemingly nothing is a common element of many persons with mental illness.

I understand this pain all too well. It's a battle I've been fighting my whole life too. Know that I'm here if you ever need someone to talk to or if you just need someone to listen. Beautiful artwork, as usual!
