Sorry about the lame background.
Anyway, this is part two of my request from ~LightOnAHill for her three characters, Amelia, Chandler, and Oliver. (Oliver coming next)
Chandler is the son of Babette and Lumiere (if I have my facts straight xD) and this is just the design I came up with for him. His mom's hairdo and his dad's hair color, lol.
