I'm I aloud to change the gun to a sword? (I can use the base ethier way but it would be with the oc I want, The sword would be of my makeing so I would be add another person's work to yours)

just to ask...im not verry good at drawing on the computer,BUT im verry good at drawing what i see (atleast alot of people say so),can i draw the base on paper and add the things that i want (and yes offcorse i will do that rules)
