Turns out there's a whole saga. Someone drew a sketch of the pony version of the "Duckroll" phenomenon; no one knows who. Then fans lactched onto the character, and colors and personality followed. Wheely Bopper belongs to no one person, she belongs to the world.

All I know about this thing is that despite it being stupid and knowing nearly nothing about it, It's one of the best things I've ever seen, for some reason that I'm unsure of.
