This is his robot form. Which means he can't go two-legged. Consider him like Scorponok from the live-action movie.

ANYWAYS ABOUT HIM... He's still mischievious but not as bratty as he was as a child. He's pretty much accepted that it's impossible to become an Autobot, so he's stuck on the Decepticon's side. Which isn't too bad. He's just kind of too friendly to be a Con but they keep him there cuz Megatron will kill anyone who opposes. O:

His powers involves his tail which can expand to be like a super big spinning rotor blade that can slice through armour, and he has FOUR missiles attached to the underside of his wings that can actually transform into little armadillos which, after exploding their little tummy-bombs on you, will proceed to claw out your eyes and stuff. n____n
