[link] is a video showing the process of the entire piece. My FIRST video recording... I may upload a much better one. Google sort of butchered the quality. But oh well, I may try to get more of these done!Process entirely, took one hour. I looked at the time spent on the original video... I didn't think it was that fast o_O;
Anyways, enjoy and let me know what you think of the video. o:
Also, I think deviantart messes with the colors... unless it's firefox -- in the video you see much more vibrant TRUE colors instead of the unsaturated ones you see here.

Nice! The video was pretty cool too. Envious how you got your lines so sharp and crisp in Photoshop, mine tend to get a bit fluffy round the edges with lineart!
The end result is nice though, I like the mottled theme throughout it. Good stuff!

Well, as far as the drawing goes, I like it!
I always find it VERY hard to make it look like its beneath the trees.
the shadows, that's what I mean, and then have the correct shades, very difficult indeed.

I love watching videos like this. It enlightens all the work that goes into art. I hope someday I'll figure out digital art.
