I know PS brushes aren't really compatible with GIMP, but I was curious what kind of brush it was(maybe I can recreate it in GIMP, I dunno)..

The notorious Yoshi's Island style resonates quite well here, simply capturing Jakk in all his greatness and...er, "innocence".
