It takes pure skill to lift a Pikachu off the ground with only 7, multicolerd balloons.
That must be some freaking awesome helium in those balloons or something, because it would normally take about 427.67 balloons to lift a Pikachu of that size off the ground, and at a decent rate, considering he's 13 lb.
