This is a very sophisticated cartoon. What program do you use for colouring?

I use SAI and PS Elements 7. SAI has a good vector tool, which I use to mark out and seperate the areas I want to shade. Then I import it to Photoshop Elements and fill in the areas I marked before. It helps me create the smooth shading lines that I use :3

very nice job on the eyes, gives it a subtle sence of depth thats often tricky to acheive
