Description
"Flesh, organs, to me it makes no difference. I'm starving, and I'm looking at a six-star gourmet meal named The Circus Freaks."Alien #10. Looping back to the alien parallels, this alien is essentially the opposite of Ghostfreak. He has a physical form, he's alive and dead, and you won't like him when he's hungry.
Enough appetizers, let's get to the main course before he breaks down the door.

LORE:
Of all the aliens to become a threat to the universe, this one was definitely a contender, for a time. Within the Anur system, there's a bunch of monster-themed aliens. Ghosts, werewolves, numerous variations of frankenstein's monster, you name it, there's an alien variant of these monstrous beings.
However, much like the Vladats, the Necroleus were a species meant to be feared, not just by the anur system's residents, but by the rest of the entire universe.
Anur Muertos. At first, it just looks like an exact copy of Earth, nothing particularly special, right? You would be right, until you go to the planet's surface.
The planet's inhabitants are nothing more than a bunch of strange, rotting humanoid creatures. The Anur system has heard many tales about the humans, and feared them with their lives. When Anur Muertos suddenly cropped up within the system one day, it was like the anur system's worst nightmare come to life.
When a few anur civilians made their way down to the planet, they were met with the 'human' residents, only they seemed more dead, rather than alive.
The rotting bodies that shamble and mingle with the anur residents aren't the actual alien species, but rather, the virus that forces the bodies to persist after death.
This microscopic lifeform, a sentient virus known as the Necroleus, used to be an earth-born disease back in the late 1830's, forcing animals and people to suddenly go feral and rabid, making them attack, kill and devour anyone who got in their way. At this time, graves were becoming too much in abundance, so a few engineers were able to create a device that jettisoned the bodies of the diseased and deceased into space.
Little did they know, the virus just mutated, and over time, the virus has occasionally spread from planet to planet, with the same solution being utilized every time, doubling the body count every time.
By the time the virus reached the Anur system, it noticed a large barren planet on the outskirts of the system, and chose to recreate Earth in its own twisted image.
The buildings were collapsing, the plant life was dying, and insult to injury, the anur civilians soon realized they made a mistake investigating the planet. They just brought the Necroleus more food, more bodies to add to its growing population of zombies.
Overtime, the former creator of the Omnitrix had ventured to the Anur system to gain a sample of Vladat DNA, but of course, he started hearing rumors, a grisly legend about a supposedly new species residing in the system, known only as the Necroleus.
Curiosity getting the better of him, he ventured to this mockery of Earth, Anur Muertos, and did end up finding a Vladat either way. Sure, it was missing an arm, a leg, a portion of its face, its bottom jaw, and its guts were spilling out, but he figured that the Vladats were a tough, determined, stubborn and resilient species.
When the sample was collected, it wasn't Vladat DNA that the Omnitrix had collected. Instead, rather, it collected the viral DNA of the Necroleus.
Trivia:
-Some individuals back on Anur Transyl theorized that the Necroleus are ancient humans, and in some case, they're half-right, but they're still completely wrong.
-Due to the incompleteness of the Necroleus transformation, the Omnitrix's DNA Sample of the Necroleus creates an exact genetic copy of its wearer's DNA to infect, transforming that and transferring the user's mind into the new body, hence why it looks like a more mangled, mutated and zombified version of the user.
-This is Chance's version of the Ormerowon species. Rather than just being an alien zombie, the Necroleus are a zombie virus given sentience.
-The Omnitrix doesn't seem to change too much, almost as if it recognizes the transformation isn't complete, in the traditional sense.
-This is the first alien that doesn't have completely white eyes, due to the incompleteness of the transformation, and shares an eye color with the rest of the Necroleus-infected corpses back on Anur Muertos.
