After Courtney gets eliminated in Basic Straining, I'd imagine Duncan sitting on the Dock of Shame sulking and feeling lost. Bridgette, being the type of person that befriends almost everyone, would've come up to Duncan to cheer him up and encourage him to continue leading the Killer Bass with his fierceness. Although Bridgette does not like Duncan's mean and obnoxious attitude, she also recognizes and admires that Duncan actually has a good heart underneath his gruff exterior and is not really a bad person.
Duncan: (sighs)
Bridgette: "Hey, cheer up, okay? Courtney would want you to keep going and still keep that tough attitude of yours."
