Description 2007 Miramar Air Show - I just developed this film roll- over two years with out developing the film!

Everyone in awe...

I was like all of them... until I noticed everyone else.

Putting aside your beliefs on military/armed forces you should go see an air show... usually the main show will just blow you away.

These are pretty cool. I like how you've included the crowd of people, yet the airplanes still catch your attention I love that this one is tilted a bit so the horizon isn't flat; it makes everything seem much more in motion!

Now, I'm a photography noob, so tell me: are those white spots from developing old film? I think they're really cool! At first I thought it was snowing But I do like them. It gives it a vintage look.

thanks for the comment I miss the airshow... it was a nice experience. I hope to go to this years.

hehe... yeah, the stops is from film development. Well, it could be.... or it was just dust that was on the film when it was scanned and it shows as white. Anything that is clear on the film is usually black... and anything black(or dust blocking light) on the film is usually white. it used to annoy me and I would photoshop it away... but now i've come to appreciate it... makes it vintage like... like memories from a long time ago. I photograph for the memories... moments... so I love it now.

You ever thing of taking on photography?... film especially. I think you would love it.

Ooh, that's cool. I don't think I'd have the patience to develop film!

I think photography is fun to look at, but it's not for me There's too much stuff you have to know about! And cameras are so expensive

I would give it a try... I'm sure they offer a class at the Uni

Too much stuff to know about? naaa you just have to have an eye for things... everything else will come easily or with experience. Actually, 100usd could buy you a startup camera some loads of film and developing chemistry. I'm thinking of buying those cheap Holga cameras...

If you were to start digital... then yeah... you would need like just over 500usd for a entry level camera with a lens and memory card. but I'm getting bored of my digi cam... Film is soooo satisfying.

just a thought
