I haven't been drawing Blitzer and Rohan using their power, but this is Qi, yellow energy that they can manipulate in battle just like the energy in Dragon Ball~Also their tails glow yellow when using their Qi powers!!!
(And Rohan occasionally wears a headband while training/fighting)
