It's a Polaroid land camera.

The vintage feel adds a lot to it. If it was just simply a normal photo it would loose a lot of it's qualities. The use of red throughout (the visible sleeve, the lipstick, the heels) helps bring the viewer's eyes over the entire picture. Wonderful shot.
