well, after hours and hours, here it is, FINALLY DONE

look up coloring tutorials i think this would look nice cell shading. did you use burn and dodge?

no idea about cell shading, i tried too many shading styles but i couldnt even get cell shading.
nope, its not burn tool, its 3-4 color tones then blurred/smudged

Cell shading is what the use in anime. Just skip the blurred/smudged thing.

Well the easiest way isn't always the right way. But keep working at it, the skills don't come overnight. I am really just suggesting ways you can improve for next times. I think you have talent, now get on that paper and draw!
