idk man,,,,ive never done one of these before so i thought??? why not

u can dl the psd on the side and i can convert it to SAI if u rly need that for some reason even tho SAI can open psds so ?

i included a "patching" layer to cover up uraraka to make editing a little easier! that way you dont have to worry about bits of her sticking out from under your edits c: it hides her completely so even if you wanna totally draw your OC from scratch without using her as a base, none of her will show!

please don't edit Taiko at all!! Uraraka (and I guess Iida? if u want idk) is free game tho~ no need to ask to participate, just go ahead and do it!

even tho you can't edit Taiko, feel free to copy the static/noise layer i overlayed onto her to use for your own character since it gives it that nice fuzzy semi-low quality anime look
