That scene in the movie made me feel wierd.... Why he stopped moving forward because of the ships.
I mean, this guy can push straight through builings with no care in the world and yet when he saw these tiny ships he stopped moving forward.

Simply put, this is SO BADASS!!!! You my friend, are a awesome artist. My wife and I both got to see it in theaters when it was still not out on DVD yet. The moment we got to the part where he first fired his atomic ray, A few of the other folk there for real started to get a little loud and we LOVED that part too. I think a lot of us Godzilla fans were waiting for THAT moment.
Once again, badass and awesome dude. I am SO adding this to my favs. Well done.

My uncle went crazy at that part. As soon as the spikes started glowing, we both knew what was going to happen. I ama little disappointed though at how small and weak it was. I was expecting a full mouth blast instead of a minor stream.

Yea, I'm sure they did that for some kind of reason. I think somewhereΒ I've readΒ that they made the Atomic Ray toΒ look like the original ray from 1954 or something. I have no idea if this is true, or not. But maybe that's why the ray looks like it does. IDK.

Haha yea. That's pretty much the only thing I could thing of. Hopefully, the new movie coming up will be just as exciting, maybe even more. It will of course, cause some of the Big G's more well known kaiju allies and enemies are joining in: Rodan, Mothra and the one and only King Ghidorah. I was happy and satisfied how they made the first movie, so I can't wait to see how faithful they will get when it comesΒ to Rodan, Mothra and Ghidorah's designs. As long as Rodan is still a giant mutated flying dinosaur (Can't spell the dino's name right now. x33), Mothra starts out as a larva and changes into an adult form, or has the adult form already, then a egg hatches into 1 or of course 2 larva, and Ghidorah is a giant, 3-headed dragon with 2 tails and huge wings that spits gravity/lightning bolts, then I'll be happy with how the fights in that goes.

2 things: !) they already revealed the designs for Rodan and Ghidorah and 2) Rodan is a pterodactyl, which is not a dinosaur. Everyone makes the same mistakje. Dinosaurs never flew, or even swam,. but lived on land. There may have been some semi-aquatic, but not entirely.
