Never heard people with autism having eating disorders, it might have to do with the fact that a lot of people with autism have an over-sensitivity to different things and I think it can affect their taste and texture too (so they might not eat certain foods 'cause it bothers them.) It's funny how he calls himself Sociopath but how many people (including myself) think he has Asperger's.

I don't know anything about autism apart from what I've seen on TV and in movies, but from a comment of someone who've got personal experience it's a thing apparently. I didn't plan that far ahead when drawing this, so yeah, but it's an interesting thing to have people comment on. in any case, I think Sherlock's self prognosis is severely biased by himself. idk but yeah, that's my opinion

Well I have a daughter with Asperger syndrome. Like most autists she suffers by the eating disorder. This is pretty much the face she puts on every time I force her to eat....:-D
