I used to do flipbooks when I was a kid and it was the only way to do amateur animation. I never learned flash, and I can't do 3D at ALL. I tried a couple days ago and I just can't wrap my head around it (meaning if I ever want to do a 3D version of my spaceships, I gotta get someone else to do 'em).
I guess I can picture a Winnie the Pooh storybook-come-to-life feel for your stuff, but honestly, your style works so well in still illustration form, there's no real need to bring it to life.
