IKR?! god he's so awesome :,D <3 and well, the Doctor is a Time Lord and they have a way of cheating death by degenerating; chaning every cell in their body and taking on a new appearance. so the one in the 1st season is the 9th Doctor, and then at the end and for season 2 it's the 10th Doctor season 5 and onwards is the 11th Doctor so far (NOW I AM CONFUSED; I THOUGHT YOU SHIPPED ROSE/DOC MORE THAN THIS LOL XD)

I'm sorry, I've had bad experience with devart mods 'cause of mature content warnings pictures like this have been flagged before simply 'cause I didn't put on at least a warning for like nutidy or something :,D I know it seems silly to use it on this but yeah....hopefully I'm not stalked by that one anymore lol. I removed the warning now

OOh, I see. That seems strange, though, because it really in contextual, you know? Like, it's one thing to draw some naked guy (or sculpt him), it's another thing to draw porn, heck, sometimes even erotic art isn't necessarily offensive (though most of the time it is, lol) and sometimes something can be pornographic without featuring nudity. This is not offensive in the least, it is hilarious and... lacks sufficient nakedness.

The powers that be...

I don't really either, to be honest. Mostly I work from armatures or from models but rarely from photographs. If I want to draw someone from a teevee show, I just watch the show, it gives a better sense of their physical presence than a still image anyway.
