Description
Terpelion and Laurelin were the two magic trees that alternately illuminated the primeval world of Valinor in Tolkien's stories. Their bark was shining silver-like and gold-like, and for half a day they would also glow (in turns); the same with their fruits - and their story can be found in Silmarillion tales.Technical info (short): Done in 3DSMax and MentalRay renderer. A lot of details were lost on conversion to .gif format that only holds 256 colors.

Initially that was the plan, but I ended up with ... 36 animated lights. They add up lighting on the sides of the branches.
