Meet my newest Ren and Stimpy OC named Harper Burnett. She’s Madeline’s best friend who’s a few years older than her and is very different than her. Harper can act a little cold hearted and bitter towards people sometimes but she’s still a good friend to Madeline. She’s loves the color Red and she’s a little addicted to it. She works as a waitress at The Chihuahua Club and she often gets cat called there. Harper is enemies with Ren because Ren has a sibling but she doesn’t. Her favorite food is cherry pie and she loves having it for dessert. Harper is also Limonada’s boss and is a strip club manager.

She’ll be voiced by Antoinette Spolar.
