Thank you so much to *ART-fromthe-HEART she was the one who made me the contest prize sketch of susi from *meroe1313 's contest. I want to give art-fromthe-heart a HUGE thank you since she did such an awesome job. she got EVERYTHING right. ^.^

A shame I can't draw wolves to save my life. The fur kills me among other things

do you know what to do? You need to do a bunch of scribbles XD that is the EASIEST way to draw fur XD
and trust me -.- as painful as it is in the beginning, drawing circles DOES help <3

What size circles? And does the thicness and colour matter?
Seriously speaking I do it quite a lot, but as I work with plain physical paper and not a tablet, erasing them is a pain... That's why I always have to clean my linearts with photoshop, and then re-draw them over a printed version...
I suppose it's just that I havent doodled them enoungh. I'm split 50/60 between wolves and dragons, and due to doodling dragon heads in my math notebooks in school, I've ended up being somewhat decent at them, but wolves...
Maybe I should start doodling them from now on

She said that when she had to design a helicopter for her graphics class, evryone including the teacher said that it looked totally like a dragon

Also I found this picture that I thought was so bad that I didn't post it on dA but i think it would look wonderful if it was put together with the sketch. The sketch is of a regular crane-like bird and the picture I did was of an origami crane. See the resemblance?
