Info: Milo is a half orca, half polar bear Therianthrope chimera. His mother was a pure polar bear, while his father was an orca. This stands as a highly strange pairing, as the polar bear and orca people have a deep-running hate for one another. It begins with the orcas hunting polar bears that wander into the water near them, and then to the bears attacking orcas on th land-- who are left in their human forms, unable to take on their aquatic shape.
Milo was raised apart from the orcas by his mother. They lived alone and he never saw any reason for his form to be strange. In fact, he loved it, as he quickly towered over his mother in his Feral form, and could swim much faster. He had all of the benefits of being an orca, while being able to walk on the land as the bears did.
But when his mother started to grow weak from illness, Milo demanded that they integrate into a large settlement of polar bears. She unwillingly agreed, warning him to expect the worst. Milo at first did not understand why his mother warned him so, but quickly found that the bears there looked upon him with disgust. They demanded that he show his Feral form, skeptical of his black hair, and were disgusted to find his very killer whale-like appearance, mottled with that of their own.
At first the bears attempted to run both him and his mother out, but he insisted that he'd only leave peacefully if his mother was to stay.
Though he was still very young at the time, his Feral form was already much larger than any of the bears. On land they were completely safe from the Orcas, but now this four-legged beast could easily charge forward at them.
The bears agreed that his mother could stay, so long as he promised never to return. He did so sadly, leaving his sickly mother behind.
Now Milo makes a living fishing for whoever is willing to accept his chimera form. He often finds hatred for his mixed form-- as many chimera receive-- but then many look at his huge size, adaptability, and quickly see a way to get hard work done.
