Hi, I saw that she didn't answer and since it's a very simple question... I believe it's just an overlay. You take a texture you like, put it in a layer above the colours [grouped together or flattened], set it as a clipping mask, and change the layer mode to overlay / multiply / screen / etc, then lower the opacity. You can play around with settings a lot to get a result you like c: Here's a tutorial that explains it better. You don't have to follow it step by step, if you deviate from that you can find a method you're comfortable with, but it's a good place to start as any.
