a temporary reference for my girl, Obilisk vuv

Also a temp. ref of sorts for my new species that I call Icacorns ;v;

pronounced (I- kah- corn)

. .. ...Physical Appearance... .. .

•They have large, pointed White Wood sprouts as horns, and small wings at the base of their ears

•They have split body colors, as shown on Obilisk

•Hair color is greyscale. if it contains color, it's dark/dull; normally long in length. Tails can be shorter than manes.

As the tail grows out, the tailbone color fades into it's regular mane colors

•Males commonly have a beard tuft

•Their hair (and tails, if long enough) must be cut short whenever they leave the forest, reason being that their long hair is for distributing and spreading seeds and saplings along the forest floor. If they left with their hair intact it'd be a waste of those precious seeds, for they can't stay alive without White Wood magic

•They're guardians of the White Wood Forest, where magical snow-white trees grow and create vital flowers and herbs that are used to cure fatal disease and plague

•The forest consists of the giant white trees, groves of herbs and flowers, a tunnel system, an open field where the Icacorn build their homes, and a creek.

•They spend their days spreading seeds, gathering flowers and herbs, and living their everyday lives

•If animals from outside the White-Wood stay in the forest for too long, the tree magic takes effect on them, and in turn has resulted in multiple species mutations that are now indigenous to the White-Wood

•Wings can be of any kind- hawk, sparrow, fairy, ect. and are used by males for display during mating

•Wings stay a relatively small size on females, while on male they can grow much larger

•Female's wings usually stay greyscale with subtle color, while male's reach over the color spectrum. It's not uncommon for there to be multiple colors on male wings, they can even rainbow, although that's very rare

•Horns are on both male and females

•Very old Icacorns can have fully grown White Wood trees growing from their heads; they're much bigger than other Icacorn because they have to support the weight

•In mating, males use them to fend off other males from the female they're courting

•Females use their sprouts for defense against other creatures when transporting flowers and herbs to villages, towns and cities

•Their cutiemarks/talents, if they have them, are always nature-oriented. They only have a cutiemark if they're heavily mix-bred between Icacorn and pony

•Icacorn genes are dominant, so the offspring if mix-bred would be Icacorn

•Icacorn mate for life, and do so within the earth, unicorn, pegasi, alicorn, and batpony species

•Icacorn don't think the offspring would have a good enough chance of inheriting their magical blood and traits if they breed with a non-magical creature. For example: their sprout may not grow correctly as they age if they had non-magical genes interfering with the dominant Icacorn genes
