Description
From left to right : Calanthe (Cal), Caeru (Rue), and Pellaz (Pell), from the wonderful Wraeththu series. And this part is from 'The Shades of Time and Memory', second book of the second part of the series.
In case you're wondering, Cal is Pell's chesna (sort of soulmate), and viceversa. But Caeru is Pell's (and now Cal's too) consort, sort of imposed on him bu Thiede (whom I'll draw soon for you to see!). So they share a threesome of a kind...^^
Also, about what lies in their laps.. Well, it's actually their sexual organs, but since they're hara (Wraeththu, or hermaphrodites), they have both female and male genitals. Caeru here is the one taking the submissive role, so his organ takes the shape of "soume-lam" (sort of retracts in order to accept the agressive part entering him). Cal and Pell are taking the male part, so their organs are "ouana-lim". This organ can adapt its form wether it is to take the submissive or agressive role of the aruna (meaning "making love" or "having sex" between hara), and it's said to look sort of like a flower. O_o But since I've never seen any illustration of it, I drew my own view of it. Though it doesn't look like what I have in mind really. -_-;

Hum, so this is the painting of the sketch I posted in scrap this afternoon. It took me a few hours of my afternoon to do this, and it's far from perfect. Though I'm not sure why, but I rather like it. I'm kind of proud of the result, color speaking. I know it's full of mistakes and horrid body proportions (>.< -Ohmydog- Pellaz is supposed to be less tall than Cal and Caeru but his body is so awfully wrong!! >.< never mind, I realised how bad it was after it was finished -_-)

Anyway, sorry for the long description, I know most won't read it, but I liked writing it XD
