Hey Binary....what brush did you use for these spots??

For the small ones, I used a soft round brush with the scatter turned up some and pin pressure and then the bigger ones are hand painted. I did it by laying a white blob layer down then erasing it with the soft scatter spots around the edges. Then took the same scattered brush setting and used an the soft round brush to brush back white spots on top. Does that make sense? Hope so. lol Good luck!

I know!! My heart beats fast when I roll and number and it's not in the first set of powers. You guys did a good job of sorting out the rare powers!
I'm glad you like it! I hope designs like this aren't too difficult for people to do. I'm trying to keep a balance between wild designs and more easy designs for anyone who wouldn't want to draw something like this over and over.
