I hate reusing a show bg but I just looove this bg and think I might use it as my reference bg. Maybe. I donno, I always say that then I change it.Anyway, this is....pause for effect...the most awesome Christmas present. This design was won at ~x-spirantcougar-x 's draft pony designs by ~ciscoandshadow and she gave it to me for Christmas! I couldn't believe it and was soooo surprised! I wanted this design so bad I started bidding on it but was out bid and just didn't start bidding again b/c it went out of my range. Anyway, I adore this design and am so excited. It's so pretty.
Now to the horse himself.
Boden was won at an import auction. Not much is known about his background and the only explanation we have for his shorter that normal tail is that he is missing a few vertebra's and when vet checked, they think is was either deliberately docked off or he was in an accident. Terrible thing because this means he will never have a long tail. Hope will have to do it up like the draft horse tails. Either way, Hope thinks he is the cutest thing in the world.
He's so pudgy and stocky he probably wouldn't make that great of a saddle horse, but Hope has plans to make him a driving horse.

uhhh well the vanner standard doesn't ban any colors, all colors are allowed, but there are certainly colors that are probably unlikely. i myself can't recall any dun variation vanners but if no colors are disallowed then all colors are allowed right? XD

Aww thank you so much! I"m glad you like him he's going to be great in the ring. It was a little difficult to color though with the 3 tone base coat. That doesn't make for easy shading.
