Description
Padmé Amidala and her man, after he either fell from grace or grew a pair, depending on your interpretation. I just really like this outfit of hers, and I haven't done enough art of either of these two.I tried a slightly different technique again - I used grey paper, and painted the white and black parts with acrylic before layering on the pencil. I'm quite pleased with the result. I hope you like it, too!

That woman was the master of the mixed message. Anakin's boneheaded decisions are still his own though.
This is a truly impeccable piece of artwork, and honestly, if I wasn't aware of the backstory to them I'd probably assume they were a dark emperor/empress couple.

Lol, yeah, that costume. The greatest thing to wear when being all alone with the hormonal young guy whom you are trying not to encourage to fall in love with you. Yeah, good thinking, Padme.
Or maybe she had been planning all the all along. Maybe she is really one of Palpatines pawns who somehow faked her death after accomplishing her goal.
Will we ever know?

She sure would. But I don't mind any of her other pretty clothing. Maybe it's just that something about the black leather outfit disturbs me.
Oh, or even better: Palpatine works for her! She has been manipulating him so that he'd get all the hate for all the evil stuff the empire does while she was really in the background, pulling all the strings. While wearing that outfit of course.
