raffle prize for ,a one piece OC, i've never done rain and timestop effects before and now i need to combine them in one animation, takes a while to come up with a work around for both of the fx and how the fx interact with each other
, i was gonna do the time stop distortion much more drastic but it kinda covers up a certain boing fx so i decided to do a smaller one instead
