New ref for one of my fave dudes!!

I think I'm gonna make him much more of an in-depth character, I'll a couple journals about his personality soon

He doesn't wear the the little arm warmers anymore though, they just look kinda tacky to me

The Quardie base doesn't really fit his personality but!! I've been putting off making him a ref for much too long, he's my second fave and he really needs one ;;
