Description
So what separates this picture of a Series VIII Talgo Cab Car from all my other ones? Well, on the day I took this picture, the tide at Titlow Beach Park was waaaaay lower than I've seen it before (maybe I'm just never there at the right time). So I was able to go out near the lagoon flow gate and get a good shot from below track level. That said, the tide started coming in while I was waiting, forcing me to adjust my position a couple times. I ended up balancing on a couple rocks waiting for Amtrak to show up.
