Love this one, but I have some critique, if that's okay.
Some parts on the legs look really obviously cut out, like too sharp against the background. The hooves are still faintly showing at the bottoms, so maybe feather/erase them until the lines disappear. Tail could use a little bit more smudging, but just a tad, and as for the mane, the tuft sticking up looks a little out of place so maybe make it shorter, and the mane blowing to the side looks a tad longish and would look awesome with a little more smudging. The tear could be lowered in opacity a tiny bit as well as the blood drops, and the wounds themselves look sort of like they're just floating, maybe curve them to go along with the neck and make the edges less distinct, because it looks very neat for a gash. And the horse looks a little out of perspective, maybe move it down/"forward" or make it smaller to make it fit better with the background.
Sorry that I'm totally nitpicking this but I really really like this one and I think it could be a really really -love- this one if some things got tweaked... if you think I'm being totally annoying feel free to duct tape my mouth. =]

Ahh, don't, I really love the pop of color it adds to the manip.. play around with them with brushes & blood/wound stock... I did for [link] & I had way too much fun making the blood. o__o
