Harp Note from RnR ep 23. Art done by Shingo Adachi, an art director for the Ryuusei no Rockman anime that works on episodes 11, 18, 23, 26-27, 38-39, 43, 46-47 and 52Thanks to ~reka-chan for teaching me how to use gradient tool in different ways and also using layers :3
I'm using the space and star brush for the bg.
